Vivian Martin (my Grandmother) was indeed a respectful and talented woman, she laughed, baked and spent most of her time with her grand-children who often came to visit her.

Vivian would sit outside of her house with her husband (my Grandfather, John A. Martin) on beautiful days that they enjoyed doing. There were three places that they sat, the front porch where they would watch the cars pass by all day until lunch or supper time, the back porch where they would barbecue and have memorable days where no one could forget about it the last place where the had sat was on the side of their home where they would watch the kids play, there was a daycare neighbouring them but they always loved seeing kids have a smile on their faces. We all knew they loved us in every kind of way. Vivian was a hard working woman and now she is passed on with our ancestors who once’s walked with us, may Vivian and John A. Martin Rest In Peace together forever. We’lalin M’sit’wen
