It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gerald Leslie Dow at the age of 100 years.
Gerald was the son of Clare and Olive (Skeene) Dow.
He is survived by his children Gloria, Clare, Ian, and Leslie (Mariette);
grandchildren Mathew, Vanessa, Melissa and Sarah; great-grandchildren Jayden,
Liam, Landon and Olivia, and by his sisters Audrey (Esterbrooks) and Eleanor (Reside).
He was predeceased by his wife Jean (Willett), his daughter Colleen, his sisters Enid (Legrand), Joan (Draper), Nina (Gallagher), and his brothers Elwood, Ivan, Lowell and Neil.
Your expressions of affection for the family can result in a donation to the Alzheimer's Society.
The family will receive condolences at the Salon Funéraire Henri Thibodeau in New Richmond on Thursday, May 25th, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Also Friday, May 26, from 1 pm. to 3 p.m.
A Ceremony will be held at 3 p.m.
Burial will follow at the Black Cape Cemetery.
Professional services have been entrusted to the Salon Funéraire Henri Thibodeau inc., a subsidiary of the HG Division network certified Distinction by the Corporation des
thanatologues du Quebec and by the Bureau de normalisation du Quebec.
