At her home and surrounded by the love of her family, on April 6, 2022, passed away Gaby (Gabrielle) Brière, at the age of 95. She was the wife of the late Laurent Bujold and lived in St-Siméon de Bonaventure.
Mrs. Brière is survived by:
her children: Jean-Luc (Marie-Claude), Sylvie, Christiane, Alice (Paul), Chantal (Reynald), Marthe (Jean), Madeleine (Guy), Maryse (Jean-Pierre) and Sylvio (Jacinthe);
her 24 grandchildren;
her 25 great-grandchildren;
her brothers and sister: Roland (Lorraine), Michel (Marie-Rose) and Micheline (Richard);
her sisters-in-law and brother-in-law of the Bujold family: Lorraine (Roland) and Annoncia.
In addition, she is survived by several other relatives and friends.
She went to join her brothers and sisters Georgette, Alida, Guy, Fernand, Fernande, Jean-Yves, and Claude, as well as those of the Bujold family members Gilberte, Irma, Rhéa, Jeannine, Rose-Alma, Martin, Jean-Marie et Paul-Émile.
The family will receive condolences on Sunday, April 10, 2022 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Monday, the day of the funeral mass, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Bonaventure Funeral Home.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from St-Siméon de Bonaventure Roman Catholic Church on Monday, April 11, 2022 at 11:00 am.
The family would like to thank Dr. Marie-Hélène Basque and all the staff of the Home Care Department.
