We here at the Fédération de l’Âge d’or du Québec région Gaspésie – Îles-de-la-Madeleine were truly sorry to hear of the loss of Mr. Philip Doddridge.

Mr.Dodderage was a comrade of Terry’s father,Kirk,and uncle,Allison Pollock. Not many Hong Kong Vets remain with us now, but they won’t be forgotten. We wish to express our condolences to his family.

Our condolences to Phillip's family...we met Phil.. a few years ago.we stopped in at the suggestion of his nephew our friend,Dave Elliott.he was so kind and was happy to show us the museum and all the many many artifacts that he had displayed..it was a fantastic place to see.he was A GREAT CANADIAN WAR HERO...we thank him for his service to his country. He will be missed

Phil was a true hero. He was also a gentleman and a scholar.
I feel very fortunate to have known him for all these years and always enjoyed having a chat and a good laugh with him. He will be deeply missed by not only me but all who had the pleasure to meet him and to get to know him. Rest in Peace Phil
