Thomas Murray Duncan

21 juin 1929 - 25 juin 2023

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Thomas Murray Duncan, beloved husband of Shirley Kitching and father of Ian. Son of Donald Duncan and Constance Coleman. He leaves to mourn one sister Marjorie.

He was born in Banff, Alberta in 1929. Tom is a cottager, presently in PEI, but lived most of his life in Quebec on the Gaspé Coast in the village of Cascapedia. He worked for
many years for Gaspé Copper Mines in Murdochville, Quebec as personnel manager. Tom loved salmon fishing and downhill skiing and was always an active participant and
organizer in the organizations of these sports. His favourite hobby was wood carving. Tom and his wife greatly enjoyed travelling and made many trips to the USA as well as overseas to Europe and Australia.

He was highly respected by all who knew him and his wisdom and support will be greatly missed by many friends and relatives.

If so desired, donations in memory of Tom can be made to Life Association for the handicapped in New Carlisle, The Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Lung Association.

The family will receive condolences at the Salon Funéraire Henri Thibodeau in New Richmond on Friday, July 21st, 2023 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
